The initial capital will be used primarily for technological development and financing growth. Yogev has the option to purchase an additional 25% of Ginger. The company, founded in 2018, has over 100 companies in its customer portfolio, including some of the largest in the Israeli and global market such as Playtika, Team8 Group, eToro, and the security industries.
