Global Invacom Group Limited is a fully integrated satellite communications equipment provider. Global Invacom is one of seven companies worldwide involved in the research and development, design, and supply of satellite communications products to large-scale satellite broadcasters. With seven manufacturing plants, Global Invacom products, which include satellite dishes, low noise blocks, switches, video distribution components, waveguides, and electronic manufacturing services, are being used in the consumer electronics, communications, computer peripherals, and medical industries. Foxcom (OnePath Networks Ltd) is the Israeli R&D center and manufacturing site of Global Invacom. Foxcom manufactures advanced RF-over-fiber solutions for the commercial, government, and military markets. The center's capabilities cover DC to 15GHz, and it serves satellite operators, broadcasters, integrators, and broadband service providers.

Mainboard-listed Global Invacom acquires Israel-based satellite equipment specialist

Global Invacom Group has acquired Israel-based OnePath Networks Ltd for $3.5 million. The acquisition will allow Global Invacom to gain new technologies, expand its market reach, and grow its network of broadcasters. OnePath, which trades as Foxcom, is a pioneer in radio frequency over fibre technology and provides products and services to major satellite operators, teleports, and broadcasters in over 35 countries. Global Invacom plans to leverage Foxcoms U.S.-based sales team, its customer base in North and South America, and its network in the military sector to expand its footprint in existing and new geographies.
