The company aims to recruit young tech professionals from Bahrain and the region, providing employment opportunities and building a culture of innovation. Regional Labs will operate a network of innovation hubs in the Middle East to connect technology professionals with Israeli tech start-ups. The announcement was made during the Connect2Innovate conference in Manama, organized by the Bahraini Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the Bahrain Economic Development Board, and Israeli NGO Start-Up Nation Central. Regional Labs plans to attract over 100 Israeli companies to hire Bahraini talent and train over 1,000 Bahrainis in high-paying jobs in the technology sector.
