HAAT, an Arabic food delivery app, has raised $3.7 million and is planning another funding round. The app, which means bring in Arabic, delivers food from restaurants in peripheral communities, including the option to pay in cash. The app was launched over a year ago and operates in 17 different Arab settlements, with plans to expand to Jewish peripheral cities such as Carmiel and Harish. The app is available in Arabic, Hebrew, and English, with a French version to be launched soon. HAAT currently has 900 registered restaurants and has processed 1.8 million orders in a year.
