Tene Fund buys 50% of Huliot from Kibbutz Sde Nehemia
The Tene Fund has acquired 50% of the shares in plastics company Huliot from Kibbutz Sde Nehemia for over NIS 100 million. Huliots annual sales turnover is estimated at over NIS 200 million, and it has customers such as S. Al Group, Mendelson S. Bar, Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries. The Tene Fund will pay NIS 70 million to Kibbutz Sde Nehemia and inject NIS 30 million into the company. Huliot is aiming to increase its exports to overseas markets and has established plants in Slovenia and India. The purpose of the deal is to provide an exit for the members of Kibbutz Sde Nehemia and support Huliots overseas expansion.
