Hulyo, the last-minute flight app in Israel, is offering a special promotion to encourage people to vote in the upcoming elections. Customers who book a flight through the Hulyo app for election day will receive a full refund if they upload a picture of their passport and suitcase outside the voting polls with the hashtag #HulyoElections.
