HUMAN Security Overview

HUMAN (formerly White Ops) is a cybersecurity company that protects enterprises from bot attacks to keep digital experiences human. In 2022, HUMAN acquired the Israeli startup PerimeterX creating a merged company, both companies are engaged in protection against malicious bots and fraud although in different sectors. HUMAN Security serves the media and protects them from fraudulent clicks that generate fake entries into ads, while PerimeterX protects ecommerce sites from theft of credit card detail.

Bot protection co PerimeterX merges with HUMAN Security

Israeli startup PerimeterX is merging with US company HUMAN Security. The merger is mainly a share deal with a small amount of capital. PerimeterX will expand its R&D center and add 50 new employees in Israel. The merged company will have over $100 million in annual recurring revenue, 500 customers, and a market opportunity of over $30 billion. PerimeterX has raised a total of $144 million in funding. HUMAN Security was acquired in 2020 by Goldman Sachs, ClearSky, and NightDragon. PerimeterX cofounders will join HUMANs board of directors and the Israeli company employees will receive stock options and financial grants in the new company.
