Infinity Groups portfolio company, Wafer Level Chip Scale Package (WLCSP), has listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and raised $118M with an IPO price of $780M. The Israeli shareholders held 38% of WLCSP before the IPO. WLCSP is a wafer-level chip-scale packaging services company that was established in China in 2005. Infinity Group founder and managing partner, Mr. Amir Gal-Or, and managing director, finance, Mr. Ariel Poppel, are members of WLCSPs Board of Directors. This IPO is significant as WLCSP is the first company with foreign co-founders to go public in China and the first company based on Israeli technology to go public in China. Infinity Group is a cross-border platform and equity fund with a strong presence in China.
