Israel To Set Up 3 Tech Incubators In Periphery Towns
The Israel Innovation Authority (IIA) has announced the establishment of three high-tech incubators in local periphery towns in Israel. The incubators will be located in Karmiel, Rahat, and Yeruham, and will support the establishment of 130 startups over five years. Each startup will receive a budget of up to NIS 1 million. The incubators will provide investment support, mentors, strategic partners, and access to facilities and programs. The establishment of these incubators is expected to generate economic value, attract investments, and create high-tech employment centers in the periphery. Franchise holders I 4 Valley, Innegev, and CanNegev have been selected to operate the incubators. The program aims to encourage local entrepreneurship and create quality jobs in the area.
