Cyb-Org opens first unmanned pet food store in Tel Aviv
NowPet, an Israeli pet food and pet supplies retailer, has launched Tel Avivs first unmanned pet supplies store in collaboration with Cyb-Org Auto Shop Ltd. The store operates using Cyb-Orgs automation systems and offers a variety of pet food brands and products. The automation technology aims to help pet food retailers compete with e-commerce giants by reducing costs. Cyb-Orgs solution eliminates the need for manpower and uses fingerprinting and facial recognition to identify customers and calculate their purchases. NowPet plans to invest in 20 additional stores and eventually have 100 unmanned pet supplies stores across Israel. Cyb-Orgs technology is also adaptable to other retail outlets. The company has received orders from farming and sports goods retailers as well.
