Life science investment co Integra raises $25m
Integra Holdings, an Israeli company that invests in life science innovations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, has announced the first closing of a $25 million financing round. The round was led by Temasek, a Singapore-based investment company, which invested $15 million. Arie Capital, a UK-based firm, also participated with an initial investment of $2 million. The funds raised will be used to advance Integra Holdings portfolio companies and create new companies based on technologies developed at the Hebrew University. This brings the total raised by the fund to $40 million over five years. Yissum, the Technology Transfer Company of the Hebrew University, is another major investor in Integra Holdings.

Integra Holdings Closes $3 Million Investment from Guangxi Wuzhou Pharmaceutical Group
Integra Holdings, a biotechnology holdings company, has received a $3 million investment from Guangxi Wuzhou Pharmaceutical Group. The funds will be used to advance Integra Holdings existing portfolio companies and create new companies based on projects from the Hebrew University. Integra Holdings has a portfolio of companies in various therapeutic areas and has raised a total of $12 million to date. The investment from Guangxi Wuzhou Pharmaceutical Group will also help introduce biotech products and technologies to the Chinese market. This investment has doubled Integra Holdings original valuation.
