Chip company Inuitive laying off 20% of workforce as CEO retires | CTech
Inuitive, an Israeli chip company that specializes in 3D imaging, has laid off around 20% of its 80 employees. This comes as the companys CEO and co-founder, Shlomo Gadot, retires due to reaching retirement age. The board of directors has appointed co-founder Dor Zepeniuk as the new CEO. Inuitive has raised approximately $200 million to date, with the latest funding round in 2020 led by Chinese company Yinniu Microelectronics. Other investors include the 7-Main family office, Deutsche Telekoms investment arm, the Horesh family, and Foxconns investment arm.

Inuitive and gestigon bring gesture recognition to VR at CES
