iPlan Overview

iPlan offers a set of tools to help users manage their important life events in the cloud and connect with the relevant vendors in the simplest and most efficient way possible. With iPlan, users will find solutions for managing their guest lists, seating arrangements, RSVPs, statistics, guest transportation, automatic mailings and texts, to-do lists, and much more. Using a virtual floor plan of their venue, users will be able to see exactly where the reception will take place, where their friends are seated, and where the DJ stand is located (to ensure that Grandma isnt seated next to the speakers). Using iPlan, the users can access the system from any computer with an internet connection and quickly share important information with their venue.
