The Israel Innovation Authority has announced a NIS 35 million ($9.5 million) fund to encourage high-tech companies to expand into Israels Northern and Southern regions. This initiative, in collaboration with the Ministry for the Development of the Negev, Galilee, and National Resilience, the Tekuma Authority, and the Ministry for Social Equality, aims to support local talent and boost economic growth. The Leap to High-Tech program will provide financial support for training inexperienced employees and mentoring new hires. Companies are expected to launch programs within six months and execute them over 12-24 months. The Investment Authority at the Ministry of Economy and Industry has also launched a program to help establish high-salary operations in priority areas.
