Israeli startup Pente Networks, a developer of private enterprise LTE/5G solutions, has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round led by INcapital Ventures, with participation from Magma Ventures and Global Brain. The company, which has raised a total of $15 million to date, also announced the establishment of its North American headquarters in Hackensack, New Jersey, and expansion of its headquarters in Israel. Additionally, Avichai Cohen, co-founder of LiveU, has joined the company as its new CEO.
