AXA-Backed Kamet Taps Israeli Health Ministry Exec for Insurtech Incubator

Ravit Warsha Dor, former head of innovation at the Israeli Ministry of Health, has been appointed partner at Kamet Ventures, the insurtech incubator and investment fund of AXA Group. Kamet has invested 200 million euros in early-stage startups and has a portfolio of 15 companies. Warsha Dor will lead Kamets Israel operations and plans to recruit additional employees for the funds Israeli business. She aims to deepen Kamets involvement with the healthcare and medical industries, leveraging Israels data aggregation capabilities for big data applications.
