Mueller Water Products Inc. has announced its definitive agreement to acquire Krausz Industries Ltd., an Israeli manufacturer of pipe couplings, grips, and clamps, for $140 million in cash. The acquisition aligns with Mueller Water Products strategic focus on product and geographical expansion, and will position the company in the growing pipe repair market.
