KROOSH Technologies is a global leader in the development and production of multifrequency screens. Their screens, available in rectangular and circular shapes and various sizes, are designed for effective material separation. These screens can be used in wet and dry applications, with mesh sizes ranging from 20 µm to 30 mm. The key advantage of KROOSH screens is their multifrequency technology, which offers self-cleaning capabilities, prevents clogging, breaks up agglomerates, and creates a vibrofluidized layer of material on the sieve. This technology ensures efficient screening, high capacity, and significant energy cost savings compared to traditional single-frequency machines. The vibratory machines from KROOSH are equipped with a mechanical device that converts single-frequency oscillations into multifrequency oscillations of the sieve. This allows for higher accelerations transmitted to the sieve (up to 500 g) while reducing body oscillation amplitude (0.8-1.5 mm). The vibration system is designed to maintain specified oscillation modes even with varying loads.
