LeadWith, a nonprofit organization empowering the female tech community in Israel, is working to reduce the gender gap in the high-tech industry. Founded in 2016, LeadWith provides women in tech with tools, mentoring, and connections to help them succeed in their careers. The organization holds regular meetups, mentorship sessions, and an accelerator program for entrepreneurs. LeadWith recently organized a hackathon to launch a social network for female high school students interested in tech. The initiative aims to make cyber education exciting for girls and overcome gender bias in the classroom. Another nonprofit initiative, QueenB, is also working to increase the number of women in coding and software development by providing coding classes and mentorship to girls in Jerusalem schools.
