Fintech startup Reach, formerly known as Seegnature, has completed a $3.5 million Series A funding round led by NFX. The Israel-based company develops a service that allows companies to conduct online meetings with clients and sign legally binding documents. Reach plans to use the funding to double its workforce, expand marketing in the U.S., and open an office in San Francisco. The startup has more than 100 customers, including Mercedes Benz, Groupon, and PwC.
