Israeli technology providing vital communications link to cave-trapped Thai boys

Maxtech Networks is providing a voice, data, and video link to a Thai youth soccer team trapped in a flooded cave using their communication technology. The system consists of a string of small devices that pass wireless communications between each other, enabling a link in places where regular radios wont work. The company sent 19 devices to complete the link to the boys in the cave, and the devices have enough battery power for 10 hours use at a time. Maxtech Networks is now considering setting up a quick response team equipped with their technology to respond to emergencies worldwide.
