Kibbutz Yizreel Holdings 2004 ACS Ltd. will acquire 51% of Ideal Heaters Thermal Products Ltd. for $3 million. Ideal Heat produces under-floor heating solutions and has patented a thin crystalline ribbon under-floor electrical product. The company expects sales of $5 million in the coming year and $12 million annually by 2012. With the transfer of control, Ideal Heat will move its production facilities to Kibbutz Emek Yezreel.
