Mickey Boodaei was born in 1972 in Israel. Mr. Boodaei is a fintech and cyber security entrepreneur and private investor. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Transmit Security. He has been a Member of Technology Advisory Board at HSBC Holdings plc since January 2017. He is also a member of CyberStarts, a venture capital firm focused on cyber security and mostly backed by cyber entrepreneurs. He co-founded Trusteer and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He also Co-founded Imperva in April 2002 where he served as a Vice President of Technical Services and Product Management and also served as its Vice President of Sales for EMEA. Earlier in his career, he founded Edvice and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Boodaei has also served for six years as a security research engineer in the Israel Defense Forces.
