Miraclon launched as new name for Kodak's flexographic packaging division

Eastman Kodak Company has sold its flexographic packaging division to Montagu Private Equity, resulting in the creation of Miraclon. Miraclon will focus on developing and delivering innovative technologies for flexo printing. The company will continue to carry the Kodak brand and will leverage the strengths of the former Kodak flexo business. Chris Payne, the CEO of Kodaks flexographic packaging division, will lead Miraclon. Miraclon is a global company with manufacturing operations in the US and Japan, and offices in various locations worldwide.
