Tel Aviv Mall's Newest Tenant: Coworking Real Estate Company Mixer
Israeli shared office space company Mixer Ltd. has signed a lease for a 2,200-square-meter space inside Tel Avivs Gan Hair Mall. Approximately half of the space will be used by website building company Wix.com, which plans to transfer 300 employees to the new location. Mixer intends to operate a retail space and a collaborative food court in addition to the coworking space. This is Mixers fourth location, with plans to open its first international coworking space in Washington D.C. in 2020. Mixer previously raised $40 million in funding and counts Nvidia Corporation, i3 Equity Partners, and AXA as customers.
