Mobilicom has already raised over AU$13 million from equity subscriptions and government grants. The IPO will fund research and development, sales and marketing, manufacturing, and other operational expenses as the company expands its presence in the government and enterprise sectors across Europe, Asia, and the US. Mobilicom currently has more than 30 clients, including ExxonMobil and Tyco. The companys core technology merges 4G with mobile mesh networking and is applicable to various sectors. Mobilicom expects to list on the Australian Securities Exchange in early May.

Mobilicom plans ASX listing, taps investors
Mobilicom, a mobile private network solutions provider, plans to list on the ASX via a reverse takeover of Public Holdings Limited. The company aims to raise between $5 million and $10 million, which would result in a market capitalization of $40 million to $45 million. Mobilicom is cash-flow break-even and has over 30 customers across Europe, Asia, and the US. The funds raised will be used to expand activities in current markets, target new customers, and develop the technology. The offer is being managed by Melbourne-based Lodge Partners.
