My Single Point (MySP) and One have recently launched a new product that allows organizations to implement their strategic plan, connect it to annual work plans and implement it in a way that can serve the organizations goals on a daily basis. The new product introduces several significant innovations that enable all levels of the organization to manage and visually understand work plans. The solution was recently implemented in the Government IT Authority in the National Digital Office. The system, called Them and characterized by ITGaaS configuration, serves as a central tool for managing service processes for all government IT units.
