Its five Israeli Partners are ex-managers/members of Intel Strategic Planning & Business Development group. An organic team with extensive multidisciplinary technology & business experience and a proven track record of successful investments, major product definitions, disruptive technology development, strategy formation and eco-system harnessing. They are augmented by a US team of 3 senior executives with proven track record in investments, strategy, technology, marketing and finance.

NextLeap Ventures, an investment group founded by former senior Intel executives, leverages the combined wisdom of former Intel employees to make investment decisions. The group selects startup companies through a screening process and then holds a Pitch Night where former Intel employees vote on the most promising startups. NextLeap Ventures has invested $1.5 million in five companies so far. The group aims to improve the probability of success for startups and provide support and consulting in various areas. The model combines the benefits of crowdfunding and angel investment clubs. The goal is to carefully select startups and minimize risk for investors.
