Nissim Bar-El Overview
Nissim Bar-El was born in 1949, in Israel. Mr. Bar-el served as the Founder, CEO & Charman at Comsec. Prior to this position, he served at Electronic Security Systems/International Future Technologies as Chairman and CEO. Mr. Bar-El also is the Member of various information security committees, including the Israeli police force, Banking Association and Ministry of Justice. He is also the founder and the chairman of Yozmot Atid, a non Profit organization, which was established in order to reduce the social gaps in Israel by empowering the underprivileged and providing them with tools to help them to establish and develop small businesses. He is also on the board of Latet, Israels leading welfare charity. Mr. Bar-El also established the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Sderots Sapir Academic College. He serves as a board member of Sapir Academic College. In addition, Mr. Bar-El serves as a board member and chair of the finance committee at IASA Israel Arts and Sciences Academy, a boarding school for gifted high-school students from Jerusalem and from the Israeli periphery. Nissim Bar-EL is a member of the Committed To Give initiative for promoting Israeli philanthropy.
