Now, a Covid facemask that doesn't hurt the environment
Ofertex, an Israeli family-owned textile manufacturer, has launched an ecofriendly antibacterial PPE line. The company specializes in recycled cleaning and home textile materials and aims to provide a responsible alternative to conventional facemasks. The Ofertex Antibacterial EcoMask is made with high-thread-count cotton and a non-woven viscose and polyester filter fabric embedded with antimicrobial copper nanoparticles. It is verified to be 80% effective against bacteria of 2 microns and less. The mask is available in different sizes and can be adjusted for optimal effectiveness. Ofertexs products are sold under the Clean Life brand name at various retailers worldwide. This is the companys first entry into the PPE market.
