The project was initially launched in several prominent Tel Aviv restaurants. OPAs founders, Ran Doron and Dr. Hason, noticed the large amount of plastic packaging used in food delivery and decided to address the issue. The reusable utensils are manufactured in Europe and meet high-quality standards. They are cleaned and sanitized by OPA before being redistributed to restaurants.
