Carbon60 accelerates digital transformation capabilities with acquisition of OpsGuru, an award-winning multi-cloud consultancy
Carbon60, a managed cloud hosting service provider, has acquired OpsGuru, a multi-cloud and DevOps consultancy. The acquisition strengthens Carbon60s ability to provide infrastructure agility, security, and seamless transitions to the cloud. OpsGuru is a leading Canadian partner for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud and specializes in Kubernetes. The combined company will become the preeminent Canadian multi-cloud transformation and managed services organization. Carbon60 clients will benefit from OpsGurus cloud consulting experience, including a proprietary process called Cloud Launchpad. The acquisition is the third for Carbon60 since 2019 and was made possible through a partnership with M/C Partners, a private equity firm.
