Revenue Management Solutions (RMS) has acquired OrboGraph, an Israeli company that provides check recognition and fraud detection solutions and automated healthcare payment processing. The acquisition, valued at over $100 million, was financed by Thompson Street Capital Partners. OrboGraph is a world leader in AI-based check recognition and has processed over 100 billion checks, saving clients approximately $200 million annually. OrboGraphs activities in the healthcare payments sector will be transferred to RMS, while the banking operations will remain under the authority of OrboGraph.
