P2W signs South Africa mining water purification deal
P2W Ltd. has signed a NIS 35 million deal with AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. to clean mines water lines of heavy metals, cyanide, arsenic, and other toxins. The deal includes the construction of water treatment plants to filter out the toxins and turn them into gas or sludge. P2W will use proprietary technology to purify the water and minimize the use of chemicals. The company plans to expand its business in South Africa and is in talks with companies in the Congo and two other African countries. They also plan to participate in a pilot project in Peru. P2W has identified Africa, South America, the US, and Canada as target markets for their water purification technologies.
