Paz selling bitumen unit Pazkar

Paz Oil Company Ltd. has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding for the sale of its Pazkar subsidiary to Inrom Construction Industries for NIS 135 million. Pazkar manufactures and markets insulation and waterproofing products. Inrom manufactures, markets, and distributes products and solutions for the construction and renovation sectors. Paz also announced a $10 million investment in GenCell, an Israeli company that develops clean energy solutions.
