Peak cooperates and invests alongside leading funds in Israel (at the same terms), thus leveraging VC-grade comprehensive due diligence before any investment. In addition, Peak's model strives to enable short-to-medium-term investment returns via the realization of the shares between a company's raising rounds.

Peak, a new investment project led by former Science Minister and venture capitalist Yizhar Shay, aims to allow anyone to invest in Israeli high-tech companies that have been vetted by venture capital funds. The investment model of Peak allows anyone to invest amounts starting at $10,000 in startups. The new fund will focus on early-stage startups, with the plan to actively invest in any company that one of the partner funds chooses to invest in.
