Perflex Overview

Perflex develops new formulas of high-performance, biocompatible thermoplastics for injection molding and tools, to simplify the working process in dental laboratories. The company's main products include Biosens, a biocompatible rigid-elastic nylon thermoplastic for full and partial dentures that can be fixed and relined using conventional acrylics of all types, and Thermofix, a biocompatible, unbreakable thermoplastic for instant bite registrations and immediate impressions. In addition, it has developed Easy Clasp, pre-made adjustable thermoplastic clasps for quick and easy clasp repair for acrylic dentures; Flexi Nylon, which is used for flexible partials; T-crystal, a semi-rigid for all kinds of dentures that can be relined with acrylic resin; Acryfree, a non-allergenic elastic acrylic (PMMA) for full and partial dentures that can be fixed and relined with acrylic resin; and more. Perflex enables aesthetic dentures that do not involve the gums for retention and support of the appliance. Perflex quality standards meet the stringent specifications of the CE mark and FDA.
