The Israeli cybersecurity firm integrates Solvo’s CSPM and CIEM capabilities to bolster cloud security posture.
CYE, a cyber exposure management solutions developer, has acquired Solvos technology for Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM). This acquisition enhances CYEs Hyver platform by providing deeper visibility into customers cloud assets and addressing security gaps. The integration aims to strengthen cloud security posture and mitigate risks across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Solvo had previously raised $3 million in Seed funding in October 2020. The acquisition is seen as a significant milestone for Solvo, allowing them to offer more powerful tools for managing cyber exposure. CYE has also partnered with OTORIO to combat ransomware attacks.

Solvo raises $3M seed round to automatically manage cloud infrastructure permissions
Tel Aviv-based startup Solvo has raised a $3 million seed funding round from TLV Partners and Surround Ventures. The company offers a solution to automatically generate cloud security permissions by analyzing a developers code. Solvos focus is currently on AWS, with plans to expand to other clouds and languages. The funding will be used to build out the team and product. Solvo aims to address the growing trend of transferring responsibility for code and product security in the cloud from DevOps to development teams.
