The firm invests in Series A (late), B, C in revenue generating companies, in the domains of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cybersecurity and HealthTech. PEV focuses on SaaS or quasi SaaS software services and products. PEV's geographical focus is %40 on Israel, %30 on Europe and %30 on investments in the US.

The Swiss venture capital firm Planven is expanding its operations in Israel by appointing Eran Westman as a managing partner for local activities. Previously, Westman was a partner at Viola Growth and has led investments in companies like BRINGG, TRIGO, and MDCLONE. Planven, established in 2018, manages $300 million across three funds, focusing primarily on early-stage investments in Israeli companies, particularly in cybersecurity and healthcare sectors. The firm is currently raising a new fund of over $100 million. Planvens third fund, raised in 2021, still has capital available for one or two more investments. The firm is managed by four founding partners, one of whom was instrumental in establishing Italys largest hospital network.
