Novolog acquires 75% of Pronto Diagnostics for about ILS 11 million
Novolog Group has acquired 75% of Pronto Diagnostics, a company that operates clinical laboratories for genetic sequencing diagnostics and other tests. The acquisition is valued at approximately ILS 11.1 million, with an additional contingent payment of up to ILS 4 million. The medical laboratory segment, particularly genetics laboratories, is experiencing significant growth and is crucial for disease diagnosis, prevention, and treatment. The acquisition of Pronto Diagnostics complements Novologs healthcare division and aligns with the activities of AMLs laboratory. The seller will retain the remaining 25% of shares and continue as Pronto Diagnostics CEO for a defined period. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

MNG Laboratories, Pronto Diagnostics partner to offer clinical RNA sequencing services in Israel
MNG Laboratories has signed a Distribution Agreement with Pronto Diagnostics to exclusively market its complete line of Clinical RNA Sequencing Services in Israel. This partnership allows MNG to expand its neurogenetic testing portfolio to the global rare disease diagnostic market. The RNA sequencing services offered by MNG can provide a diagnosis for patients with muscle disorders that cannot be diagnosed by DNA sequencing alone. The testing can also determine the effect of variants of uncertain significance on transcription. Testing will be performed at MNGs accredited laboratory and a clinical report will be delivered in 2-4 weeks.
