AI competition designed to draw investment, partnerships in province
Interstellar Glory Space Technology Co, an aerospace high-tech startup, won the first prize in the China International Big Data Fusion Innovation and AI Global Competition. The companys intelligent control system for launch vehicles helped reduce the cost of recycling and reuse. They have cooperation projects with Guizhou on ground equipment, motor, and battery sectors. Guizhou Crancloud Technology Co and True Micro Technology Guangzhou Co won the second and third prizes, respectively. Pzartech, an AI big data company in Israel, won the Excellent Award. Tencent Cloud, the cloud computing arm of Tencent, launched an accelerator program for AI projects, increasing their valuation from 13.5 billion yuan to 36.2 billion yuan.

Pzartech Ltd Joins Hangar Labs by BEDEK to Help Reduce Downtime in Aerospace Maintenance
Pzartech, a startup specializing in on-demand distributed manufacturing through 3D technologies, is joining Hangar Labs by BEDEK, the innovation commercial aviation program of Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd. The collaboration aims to ease the work of maintenance technicians and reduce downtime by utilizing visual recognition of mechanical parts. Pzartech will be joined by other startups later in the year to develop new products for the MRO business. Israel Aerospace Industries is the leading Israeli company in the aerospace field, and Pzartech is an alumnus of MassChallenge Boston 2016.

5 Israeli startups take Berlin

Two Israeli Start-Ups Finalists in World Startup Contest in France
Israeli startups Pixoneye and Pzartech have been selected as two of the six super finalists in the iiAwards, a global startup competition organized by the Paris Region Lab and supported by the City of Paris. The founders of the companies will make a final pitch on December 2 at the Grands Prix de l’Innovation. As super finalists, they will have the opportunity to join an entrepreneurship incubator program in Paris and compete for a €20,000 ($24,845) prize.

Israeli Startup Fitterli The Winner Of Intel Business Challenge Europe 2014
Fitterli, an Israeli startup that provides an online virtual changing room for shoppers, has won the Intel Business Challenge Europe 2014. The companys unique method of online clothes shopping impressed the judges. Fitterli will have the opportunity to attend the final Intel Global Challenge 2014 at the University of California. Three Israeli startups, including Augmedics and Pzartech, also made it to the final phase. Fitterli is led by a four-man team consisting of CEO Daniel Mankowitz, CTO Aaron Wetzler, CSO Matan Sela, and COO Sebastian Derhy.
