Link11 Group, a Frankfurt-based provider of IT security solutions, has acquired Reblaze Technologies, a Tel Aviv-based provider of cloud-native web application and API protection. The acquisition will allow Link11 to offer a comprehensive web protection suite that covers all relevant security layers. The deal amount was not disclosed. Reblaze Technologies offers a web security solution, which includes WAF, autoscaling DDoS protection, advanced bot management, API security, ATO prevention, real-time traffic monitoring & control, SIEM/SOC integration, and more.

Curiefense is a cloud-native, open source security platform for enterprise apps
Israeli cybersecurity company Reblaze has launched an open source security platform called Curiefense, aimed at protecting cloud native applications and APIs. Curiefense offers a comprehensive set of security mechanisms and is available for free on GitHub. Reblaze plans to build a commercial layer on top of Curiefense, offering value-added services such as security automation. The commercial version will also include threat intelligence feeds and will be available as a fully hosted and managed SaaS offering. Reblaze has worked with notable enterprise clients, including Staples, eBay, Nvidia, Intel, and Cisco. Curiefense has been released under an Apache 2.0 license and has been donated to the Cloud Native Computing Foundation.
