InnoCan Pharma is partnering with Recipharm, a leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) in the pharmaceutical industry, to synthesize and analyze cannabinoid-loaded exosomes. Exosomes are extracellular vesicles that play a crucial role in cell-to-cell communication and are being explored as a means of drug delivery. The partnership will allow InnoCan to focus on exosome technology production/loading technology while Recipharm will work on the cannabinoids. The project has the potential to be applied to a wide range of indications.
