Silverfort, a company specializing in enterprise identity protection, has acquired Rezonate, an Israeli startup focused on cloud-based identity protection. The acquisition aims to integrate Rezonate’s specialized capabilities into Silverfort’s identity security solutions, enhancing its ability to protect various user identities and systems. The deal, estimated to be worth several tens of millions of dollars, will see all 30 Rezonate employees join Silverfort. Silverfort, which recently raised $116 million in Series D funding, is expanding its workforce globally. The acquisition is seen as a strategic move to strengthen Silverforts position in the cybersecurity market by leveraging Rezonates innovative cloud identity security capabilities.

Rezonate receives $8.7 million investment for cloud identity protection platform | CTech
Israeli startup Rezonate has raised $8.7 million in financing for its cloud identity protection platform. The platform aims to create a unified view across identity and cloud infrastructure providers, allowing security and DevOps teams to detect, prioritize, and remediate identity-based threats in real-time. Rezonates Cloud Identity Protection Platform (CIPP) combines continuous identity posture, identity detection and response (ITDR), and operational visibility. The funding round was led by State of Mind Ventures and Flybridge, with participation from Merlin Ventures, security executives, angels, and strategic investors. Rezonate was founded in 2022 by CEO Roy Akerman and CTO Ori Amiga.
