Israeli-owned company, Rider Dome, has been selected by the Barcelona City Council to implement its safety systems in a pilot project aimed at reducing motorcycle accidents. The companys system, ARAS (Advanced Rider Assistance System), uses artificial intelligence to provide real-time alerts to riders about potential hazards. The system is currently in use by Coca Cola in Singapore, which has more than 3,000 vehicles, and by Singapores postal fleet, which has hundreds of motorcycles. Rider Dome received a grant of 96,000 euros from the Barcelona City Council for the implementation of the safety system.
