Workspace company ROOMS, part of the Fattal Group, has signed a lease for three floors in the Gav-Yam Raanana project, located in the Raanana industrial area. The lease is for a period of 10 years and is worth about 50 million shekels. The workspace will include 750 workstations and various types of meeting rooms, a training classroom, an event and gathering area, and a sheltered terrace. The complex will be designed by architect Roi David, and the total investment in its establishment is estimated at about 25 million shekels. The completion of the project is expected in the third quarter of 2023.

Fattals hospitality meets the developing coworking world in the design of ROOMS, a new and innovative type of shared workplace experience for those in Raanana. Roy David Studio completed the second location of dynamic coworking space for ROOMS by Fattal in Ra’anana, Israel. The space is designed to reflect both the familiar world of Fattal’s hospitality and the developing coworking world. The design challenge was to create a space that appeals to members looking for a cooperative and pleasant environment to work in, while also providing them with a hotel experience. The space offers a range of work areas and is divided into rooms and suites. The design language and branding of the space was done in cooperation with ROOF Studio, specializing in hotel branding.
