Magic buys 60% of medical records software co Roshtov

Owners to take medical software co Roshtov private
Founder and CEO Hanan Shahaf and chairman Dr. Allon Zuker have made an offer to purchase all the companys shares. Roshtov Software Industries Ltd., a TASE-listed biomed company, has steady revenue and profits but has not grown. The controlling shareholders, Shahaf and Zuker, have made an offer to purchase the shares of minority shareholders. Most shareholders have accepted the offer. This is the third offer in a month, with the previous offers being raised after being turned down. Roshtov develops clinics management software and provides it to Israels healthcare organizations. The companys share price is unchanged at NIS 5.03, with a market cap of NIS 80 million.
