Topscan swoops for HPS
HPS, a Kent-based BIM CAD co-ordination company with an annual turnover of over £770,000, has been acquired by Topscan, a £3.5m-turnover business based in Dorset. The deal was facilitated by business consultancy RTA, which received multiple offers before settling on Topscan. Topscan provides survey, CAD and scanning services within the construction industry.
