Scope AR acquires augmented reality tool maker WakingApp

Scope AR has acquired WakingApp, an AR technology company based in Tel Aviv, Israel. The acquisition will bring additional resources and expertise for developing Scope ARs augmented reality knowledge platform, WorkLink. The WakingApp team has a proprietary AR platform that helps enterprises create AR experiences. Scope AR plans to use this acquisition to deliver new functionality to its WorkLink solution. Scope AR currently has 51 employees and has raised $15.8 million to date.
