Israeli startup Seamless Vision has deployed robots at Sheba Medical Center to deliver drugs from the pharmacy to wards, reducing patient waiting time. The robots will navigate through underground tunnels, corridors, and elevators to quickly transport chemotherapy drugs to the nurses who ordered them. Seamless Visions CEO, Amir Nardimon, claims that their robots are more advanced than others as they can operate in crowded areas and negotiate outdoor spaces. The robots have a refrigerated compartment for the drugs and are secured to prevent unauthorized access. The deployment at Sheba Medical Center is the first for Seamless Vision, and the company plans to expand internationally.
